This is about my worst and unreliable experience with Quick Cabs. I wanted a cab at 4: 00 midnight for railway station. The service Provider were not able to give me the confirmation in the day time and said that they will be confirming whether the cab will come or not just half an hour before the booking time i.e 3: 30 midnight.Even after explaining them several times that I am a Female and would be helpless if you people cancel the cab at the last hour, they were least bothered to solve the issue and continuously crammed their policy.
No customer consideration at the booking level and further when I asked them to connect to some senior official even that was not in their policy.
Finally, when I threatened them by telling that I am an Advocate and would book them, their response was more amazing. At first he said call at 9: 30 then our seniors will talk( as if they will!) and second time he hanged my phone.
Worst Cab service. these people are interested only in money and not in customer problems. Go for MAX CAB thats a reliable, considerate and good service provider
