Worst service by anyone in this business

I saw one of the worst services by anyone in service sector and found that my corner taxi boy is the best bet when it comes to going to airport kind of place.


I called up the service for airport drop at 11 am some day and I was given the booking reference number 2923795 and driver name subhash chander HR38ST 0172. The cab didn’t reported and then I tried the number of this driver at 11.08AM but this was picked up by some Wasim and not subhash and told me he was not on my duty that time.


I called up the helpline number of Quick cab which got answered in maybe 4 minutes after on wait and then the executive their insisted that I should call the number of the driver and I had to tell him 4 times what is happening, he put me on hold for about 10 more minutes to find out and the came alive saying it was server issue and can take an re-request. He was not at all apologetic for anything and insisted that I have the option of re-request.


I did not understand are they people anyway sensitive enough to understand that was getting late for airport and I could miss the flight. he disconnected the call in midway and I luckily got cab from my corner cabwala which helped me getting into airport in time.


I do not know what work model or revenue model these people work but I am sure people must have missed their flights and trains and many important meetings because of these people.


I used Easycab while coming back from airport and found their services far better although they charge more then these people but again when it comes to punctuality and service, I will rate quick cab and taxi syndicate 0 and maybe lower then that if that is there as an option.
