Saturday, the 2nd May, 2009 - My Service request number was 35581 at 1436 hours. I requested cab from GTB Nagar to Kiran Garden (Nawada). After 15 minutes, I received a Call from a cab driver (Mobile no. 9311911030) and instructed him about the route. After 20 minutes, when I again called up him, the cab driver said he is on another duty and not coming.
I had to wait till 1540 hours but neither quick cab call help line nor any cab driver approached and I had to manage self. Again in the evening, I booked a cab (Service Request No.36512 at 1927 hours) from Kiran Garden (Nawada) to GTB Nagar. I was told that it would be AC Cab. Driver called me and I waited for him for 20 minutes. On getting Cab, driver insisted that AC is not working and if AC is started, the cab would not give better mileage. On my way to GTB Nagar, I landed at Madhuban Chowk for some work and let cab take my family i.e. my old aged mother, my wife and two small kids to the destined place i.e. GTB Nagar. After an hour, my wife ranged me up that driver of cab no.DL-1RY-1193 (Indica) - Mobile No. 9311911193, has told that it is 30 kms. distance and they had to pay Rs.290/- as it had taken 2 hours drive and massive traffic jam. He started harassing my family. some how with the help of neighbours, my wife paid him Rs.230/-. IT WAS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WISH I WONT EVER HIRE QUICK CABS.
