Well, I install this antyvirus 2009 version last week. After that my laptop is not getting started. I asked to the dealer and he told me that he will send my complain to service centre. After waitting for 2 days a person called me and told that he is from company and was supposed to come but can not come as his car is not there.
He asked me to follow some instructions which I did but nothing happened. I asked him to come my home but he is telling me that it is system problem and I should contact to laptop service centre.
one of my friend told me to start my computer in safe mode and reinstall it. I did same . still I am having same problem. I am getting blue screen with warning message. kindly help me. I am really cursing after buying this pathetic anty vitus.
I do not know what to do. I am in fear of loosing all my data. No one from company is coming for help. I think what they say "apke computer me kaun rahata hai? " is quite right because my computer has qquickheal and nothing else.
