Good Sales, Average Support

I am a pro developer and reseller used Quick2Host for several years. I am writing this review to help you decide what is best for you. This is not a personal attack or favor on Quick2Host, its simple based on experiencees I had with them. Here is my experience of various services they provided to me:




  1. Domain: There are no special offers in domains. Sometimes we get discounts otherwise most of the times, prices on a higher side.(3 Stars)




  2. Hosting: They provide attractive hosting deals and resources which again makes them a very cheap and attractive choice in Web hosting.(5 Stars).




  3. Server Speed: The websites provide a slower loading speed in comparison to other provider.(3 Stars)




  4. Uptime: Uptime is really bad. Servers stay offline frequently and many times, downtime ranges from hours to days.(2 Stars)




  5. Sales Support: Their sales support is good. As far as you are looking to purchase something or you are doing a payment, they are good.(4 Stars).




  6. Email Management: Their Email server is just fine. However, being a blacklisted IP server, (0 Stars). Mostly their emails will go into spam folder of recipient instead of Inbox. This might not be good for a business website. But, they do have an excellent Business Email server that costs as low as nearly 500 a tear which really work effectively. I appreciate this effort(3 Stars).




  7. Database Management: Although their technical team is not an expert, still I never faced database related problems with them. Although their database management interface does not work good but still it is satisfactorily good.(4 Stars).




  8. Live Chat support: I found their team offline for most of the times but whenever they are available, you can discuss as long as you need. They don’t run away in between and try to help you completely. Problem is resolved or not is  different aspect, but they are sitting their to assist you. But their live times are not good. They need more support persons.(3 Stars).




  9. Technical Support: This is something both good and bad in quick2host. Their technical personnel are not experts and have limited exposure to the variety of services they offer. But what I really appreciate is the level of commitment they show and the efforts they make in resolving the issues. Not all issues are resolved, but they don’t leave you either and work hard to find the solutions.(4 Stars).




  10. Bulk Sms: Their bulk sms server is good but sms supprt team is bad.(4 Stars).






Bottom Line: If you are a newbie and need only small static website to be uploaded, then HostingRaja is your best bet. If you are going to do business and need technical consistencies, then better opt for someone else.
