Hello Friends.Quikr bad experience has made me to write about the review so that others buyers who want to buy something online through quikr would be careful.Firstly I have to share my experience about quikr fraud that I came across in 2015 December as am a sole proprietor of a firm and trading of mens fashion wear in lucknow. Some of my friends suggested me to try quikr apps as where I can find manufactures and wholesale traders who post their add on quikr for customers to get interact with them in buying their stuffs.The biggest problem with quikr is that they dont have a verfied sellers who list their products for customers.Just a number verification is done and any one can post any add even mostly adds posted are fraudent.So I came accross one add that was posted by a seller name AKASH ARORA.He posted winters jackets on quikr for wholesale.So I interacted with him through quikr chat option in the quikr application.He forwarded me his number on chat and then I had conversation on call.He told that he do wholesale business in delhi and sells jackets for wholesale buying.He took me by his words so that I trusted him as he had posted many adds on quikr.i booked an order of Rs 1.80.000 for jackets.He told me to send 50% amount into his account and rest 50% he told that I had to pay at the time of delivery at transport stock service in lucknow.i deposited rs 90.000 into his account and as soon he got the payment.he started ignoring my calls and messages.Then I went to police station and filed an fir against him.
The most worst problem that am sharing is that with quikr.Anyone can post add with different location.The quikr company doesnt even confirm that the seller who posted the add on quikr is genuine or not.and also doesnt confirm the add he is posting is verified with true details or not.Company doesnt do such cross check.Same happned with me as this AKASH ARORA fraudster had posted the add in quikr that was showing location of delhi.But when he did the fraud with me and police made the inquiry I came to know that he was staying in kolkatta and from kolkatta he posted to add that was showing delhi location.
I also came to know there were 5 others people who got trap with this quikr add which he posted.
So friends be aware of quikr adds.Before transfering or buying any products from QUIKR , Do kindly and clearly check details if that sellers who posted the add on Quikr is Genuine or Not.
