No point advertising so much when you can’t deliver on your promises! Seems like you are just teaching all your sales people & executives to do wrong selling & make fool of those customers.
I was sold the product with false promises(by your team members Vasanth, Renuka Prasad & Shilpa) telling that i’ll receive the NOC within 14 days(max limit). All the docs were collected on 24th Oct, so being over 30 days & over 45 days from the date of purchase of service. But so far no clue on where exactly my docs / NOC is?
There is hardly any response on mails by Quikr / your document partner itzeasy.com. People are even not picking up phone. Whenever I call up, I hear a different story - let’s take today’s example - @ 10am I was told all RTO work is done, NOC is collected, has reached Delhi & will be delivered on Friday. On asking why it can’t be delivered from Delhi to Gurgaon today - at 12:30pm i’m told that it’s still not collected from Chandigarh RTO.
What’s going on? Does SLA mean anything to you? Do you have any escalation points? If yes why can’t customers have the access to them? Seems like you just taking customer’s money & then playing with them? Please understand people have so much other stuff to do rather than just follow up with you & get mentally harassed!
Can someone look into this & call me immediately to resolve this matter immediately?
