I have sent below mail to Quikr on Jan 24, but since two days they did not connect me:
"I have bought Alcatel A3 10 Tab from Quikr with Transaction Id 100028448932 on Monday 20 Jan 2020 and received it on Wednesday Jan 22 2020:
But since we have received the item it’s not working and its display is not coming. We tried everything and its not working. We called to seller and he told that he cannot do anything.We have recharged the tab but nothing happened.
Seller told that we need to contact Service Centre but I am not able to identify any service centre for Alcatel in Delhi. So at last I do not want to go to Service Centre and want my money back.
Kindly assist, I want my money back and want to return the Tab."
