At quikr the experience is great till the time you do not have to talk to their customer service executives. The executives are irritating and dont know fluent English. Every time you call them they would say that they have transfered your case to the technical department. And for another one month there would be no action from the tech department. I once tried to sell my mobile on quikrx. They told me that they would buy the mobile from me for 19000. Eventually days passed by and no one showed up from quikrs end. The situation was quite frustrating. I starting giving them call and everytime they said that they have forwarded the case to technical department. But months passed away and nothing happened. I was frustrated and furious. I called them and fought with them. Then in the evening I received a call from their technical department. He told me they will give nothing more than 12000. This is how bad it can get
