The Quikr was the only best option to sell second items or buy one. They came up with the option of pickup and delivery for the product. Initially, they started with free delivery and pickup later they started charging both buyer and seller separately. Earlier, they were only charging the buyer as a convenience fee. Now considering that they don t have any competition ahead, they have started charging exorbitant fees; convenience fee, delivery fee, pickup fee and so on. The Amazon makes it easy for the buyer to decide on whether to accept the product or not to accept upon inspection at the doorstep. In the Quikr, the pickup guys decide whether the product is faulty or not. If takes the confidence of them we can ship away faulty product, If you dont they might faulty report saying its damaged by the buyer. My friend Ryan had a bad experience in buying a damaged cot from Quikr where the seller paid money to Quikr guys and deliver the products to him. He was forced to accept it. The Quikr customer care on Twitter is a joke, where they will ask you to DM and ignore your tweet for ages which is a strategy so that they give a shitty response and get away on DM.
