2 months ago was trying to sell my car on online portals.I used free ad service on quikr, but the response was not good enough for the deal to happen.After a week Quikr called me and asked to enroll into there premium ad service which will definitely help me in selling my car in 45 days period or all the premium ad fees will be refunded.I was in hurry to sell my car as I was getting a new car and had to make space in my parking lot for the new car.
After I enrolled for there premium ad service still responses were not good enough and I didn’t found any authentic customer or quikr also didn’t get me any customer.Days went by without any response from customers and Quikr team and my 45 days time was over.When I called them for the refund they refused to refund my whole amount and told me that amount will be deducted for every view I got on my ad.I said I was told that full amount will be refunded if the sale is not done.The argument was going on for half hour and at the end, he told me, the salesperson might have given me wrong information about refund policy.I was so furious that how can such known sites too work by fooling customers to make the sale.Out of 1500 I paid only 900 refunded rest amount was deducted for views I got on my ad.
Please do not get fooled by there schemes as they only make fake promises while selling you the schemes and when work is not done they start showing their true face.Service provided is also not good and customer service is awful.
Stay away from this online crooks.
