Till date its been more than a month, I have paid to Quikr and havent recieved my product also they sent me an email with fake delivery notification. Now their customer care is not even answering the call and putting the same on hold.
Complain on: Item delivered: Ad_ID 252944286/I had already raised complained on #354762.
This complain is in regard to Quikr app, which is a third party between buyer and seller for goods.
I had complained via e-mail and called several times to quikr customer care on the iron wrought queen size bed bought from their online URL. The bed was partially booked and paid on Feb 11th and confirmed to one of their female executive to get delivered on 15 Feb, as I was out of station between 13th Feb and 14th Feb.
The product was never delivered to me and neither I received any calls on my complains and products. Few days back, I receive email confirmation that item is already delivered whereas the item was never delivered. In spite of this their customer care team is faking me on calls, that It has been delivered and when I asked them to show me the delivery receipt, none of their employee ever came back on same.
Please never buy stuffs from quikr, for fake delivery and harrsement and time wastage done to me. Also, they have partial booking amount with them, which they could compensate for all the time and mental harassment faced by Me.
