product quality, is average you cannot believe everything they sell to you. the worst are are their refurbished products. they could improve.
Delivery Timeliness, it took about 2 weeks to get a mobile which I bought through quikr.it was refurbished and didn’t even get the original box.
about their apps and websites, their website is much better than their app. in their app after typing in the location and search it just shows the previous search result which is a major bug.
and when I contacted their customer care, first they told me that they will replace it, then no response from them.
