It was first purchase and it was worst experience ever in any online channels.
I ordered a product which was almost 45 days back. The product still didnt reach out to me and after calling 20 to 25 times there was no response. The only response which I get from customer care associate, is to take my mobile no and they will arrange a call back in 24 hours which never happened till now.
I dont bother whatever amount I have paid to buy the product but there has to be revert and proper response to customer. I seriously do not understand. Thats how you provide a customer service then sorry I dont want my product and amount which I have paid already. Thank for the worst experience.(AD Id No: 230027536)
Now after talking today, they mentioned that product has been delivered to some other address. It took 45 days to informed me when I called and complained again, why it was not been refunded or reverted back to me.
I was waiting for the product since long and now after waiting for 45 days you are saying me that you will start refund process, whts that? I am surprised.
