I purchased this SONY XPERIA Z from QUIKR unboxed smartphones category .
I thought that it would got some defect so they are selling it in unboxed condition and in low price I thought 15000rs is very good for a 25000rs phone
I placed the order but as the delivery had came the phone was in very bad condition
it was foiled in bubble wrap there were no charger or headset
the phone was looking like it has been third handed or used by many people the phone is used to be white varient back panel but it has been yellowed by something disgusting
camera was not working
glass has been used and had full of scratches and marks
THEY DO NOT SEND THE MATERIAL AS THEY SHOW AND TELL US THEY JUST WANTED TO SELL THAT THING BY ANY MEANS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN’T RESPOND .
the phone only worked for 2 months and it suddenly stopped working
