I ordered a fridge and they took 7 days to deliever it. They picked the fridge from the seller on second day and whenever he asked the delivery status they told its on the way. I called them 15 times a day and every time they gave me new estimated dilevery time. Every single day they made me and the seller fool.
On 5th day I called them with too much fury and talked to one of their managers and same on sixth and seventh day.
The managers are so unprofessional that no one can ever imagine. They dont know what is going on around and no idea how to handle a customer. While talking to one of the managers the call got disconnected but they didnt bother to call me back.
Every time I used to call them to escalate they would say Ok sir we will escalate it right away and when I tell that I have already got it escalated last time I just called to know the status right now, they would tell we cant see it escalated on our systems.
I twitted Quikr and told that Seller and I are going to file a case against you, on 7th day. They called me and said it will be dilevered today for sure and to my wonder they finally dilevered it.
When I asked the driver the reason of delay they said Quikr never informed their warehouse to deliver the item and without information they dont do it. The driver said many items are laying in the warehouse since weeks and we dont have any info about them.
This is what quikr is. It fools the customer.
I had to take leave from my work twice for that. I never got this much frustrated in my life.
Quikr= Crap. You decide u want it or not.
