Purchased mattress(AD ID: 256842533). Delivery was supposed to be on 12 march 2016(saturday) evening time. No notification from quikr. At night 9.30 pm they messaged me and told me they have picked up(actually they picked up in morning from seller) and wrote sms that within an hour they will delliver. Then sunday gone, Monday(14 march 2016 at 9.30am) I called them, they said today they will deliver.
Delivery guy calls me(at 4 pm) and told me within one hour he will deliver. 3 hours passes, called delivery guy(at 7 pm), he said he can’t deliver. What a joke! Does they think that customer is a toilet where they can st and ps whenever they want?
I request all not to purchase anything from quikr.
