Worst experience from quicker. Heard a lot about it. So we tried to buy second hand almirah from it but very bad 1st experience and pathetic service. So this is how my story goes: I have ordered one almirah from it on 3rd Jan on door step delivery and they gave the delivery date 5th jan.we received a message saying the almirah is picked and delivered between 4 to 6pm time slot.so I left the office early to receive the delivery.But no one appear. After 7 I called quicker and they said I will receive an update in 90 minutes. I didn’t receive any update at 9pm. So I again called customer care, they said you will receive it by 6 Jan Saturday and again I received an message saying the same. On Saturday same thing happened again.i waited till 8 in the evening but they didn’t deliver it. Again called the customer care but they are again and again saying the same thing, giving false promises and doing nothing. Customer care is unable to resolve and unable to find the exact status of delivery.very pathetic service from quicker. Attaching the screenshots of messages.
