I wanted to sell my mobile phone on quickr.com. instead of any third party, quickr offered me a price for the same. I decided to sell them & they picked up my phone on 17th Oct 2017. Since then, I am on continuous follow up for my payment & still it has not been recvd by me. Every time they have one or the other bullshit reason to give but not my money.
very firstly, their executives gives us wrong information all the time & keep hiding things from us.
on first call, their executive says, quickr will share a link on which I need to share bank details to them for payment transfer. it did not happen.
on second call, I made the follow up for payment, then the concerned dept. is not working due to some shitty reasons - so it cannot be processed.
on third call, they replied - it could be a mistake so you can send us the mail with your bank details & we will do the needful. even that is done.
since then I am making numerous calls but every time what I am getting is only talks & no actions neither my money.
Even today on call they say that they will process it after 2-3 days as its a process. And when i say to them, pls give this writing then nobody is ready to do so. "sorry sir we cant do that but dont you worry, this call is being recorded". and when asked to share my previous call recordings, even they are not allowed to do so.
Can some one pls help me in understanding the guarantee for my payment, all i am having is fake invoice & nothing else.
Guys pls be aware of these scammers.......
