I face n number problem while I purchase one phone from quikr.3 different seller accept the offer and while I made a payment they reject the offer.It means that my money is stuck in quikr account and this thing is happened with me 3rd time.While I called to customer care executive that he said quikr policy is will refund the money with in 7 days. Mens my money is stuck for 7 days .Last 15 days I facing a problem.I dont know which kind of platform is this where fake advertisement as well as fake seller posting on web and genuine buyer facing a problem due to this.
My entire money stuck from last 15 days because while 1st time I purchase a phone with in two days I get the reply that your order is cancel because seller is reject the order.means now I have to wait for 7 days while again I get the money from quikr.after 7 days while I get the money I again purchase a phone and same thing is happened with different seller.He change the mood and again my money is stuck for 7 days.3rd time today I purchase a phone that seller is already sold the phone last night but still advertisement is reflecting on quikr thats why I purchase and payment done online.After 30 min I get the message that your order is cancel and will refund your money with in 7 days.
I request to quikr that dont fool to customer.While I called to customer care executive senior manager Mr.Saikh afsar(Floor supervisor, Banglore) they told me this is the quikr policy.
I didnt understand this is the policy where customer have facing n number of problems and my money stuck while from 15 days and still they said this is the policy and you can complaint again this things.
I request to quikr that change your platform policy which is complitely worst service you are providing to customer
