Pathetic Service
Quikr added doorstep facility online just for advertising.
And their tag line “Asaan hai badalna” completely fits to their service managed by totally unprofessional guys. Easily, they can change you from a normal person to frustrated one with the kind of service and response they provide.
I booked a Washing machine and paid the amount to quikr on Friday, and got a message that product will be delivered by Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:00PM. I waited till noon and then called them back. After a lot of ‘Can I put your Call on Hold for some time” they said it will be delivered today and you will get a call within half an hour. After that as expected. Nothing from their end, and when I called at evening “It will be delivered by tomorrow and you will surely get a call”. Again as expected, no call nothing. When I called them “Todays slot is over It will be delivered tomorrow and you will get call”.
Every day from Saturday to next Thursday same thing happened. They are seriously so unprofessional, irresponsible, and irritating that they will frustrate you by saying same thing all the time and doing same thing all the time.
Finally, on Thursday evening I called and asked them to cancel this request and they said “Give us one more change”. I wasted around a week following them, every time I had to call them and they have the same phrased sentence to every customer.
Finally, I cancelled request on quikr and did my own arrangement.
I wish there was some authority to fine them for this kind of behavior.
