Cons
If you are coming companies like oracle, Microsoft from engineering then it might be difficult to get adapted here. 1. If you are coming for interviews expect that you might have to wait for 4-5 hours to answer interview for 30 mins. 2. Laptops given to employees are very bad quality. 3. No insurance for parents. Moreover insurance claiming is tedious as insurance company is in Mumbai and its RM’s are not customer friendly. 4. Parking a big issue in office, employees will have to sometimes park vehicles outside and get towed away by RTO. 5. Sometimes you will feel self pity with the way the product management people treat you, if you are a software engineer.(Never had this kind of experience in previous companies)

The management does not understand that minor things can make employee happy which hardly cost anything.
