OLX over Quikr any day!

Hi,

I posted 5 ads on Quikr last Sunday after which I got a call from someone from your sales team asking me to buy a package. The pitch was instead of paying separate convenience fees for each product, you can pay Rs.999 and Quikr will manage the rest. Their sales person also offered me the guarantee that the product will get sold within 10-30 days.

Post this, I had to coordinate with her multiple times to check if my ads were posted under a different listing. However, nothing change.

I also saw the offers I was receiving deducted a convenience charge. I thought this was against what she told me. After trying to talk to her about it a few times, she blocked my number and refused to receive any further calls. Later on tweeting, I got a call from Quikr’s representative saying my request will be addressed by 6pm on the same day. It is not 6pm on the other day and I haven’t heard back.

Later on posting a google review, I again was told to write to this ID. While scheduling pickup delivery on the app, it said all our executives are busy and asked me to call a helpline number. On calling the helpline number, they told me I will call me back within 2 hours. It has been over 18 hours and I am yet to receive a callback. Even with pick up and delivery, you expect the customer to dismantle and assemble the bed. I wonder what the convenience charge is for. I was told the premium ad support team will get back to me in 24 hours. However, I am yet to receive a reply from them. It has been two working days.

I received an email from Quikr saying I was made a part of their’preferred seller program’ which is pointless for a person like me, who is selling one time. Your sales team understands nothing about a person’s needs, upsells randoms things, and fails to deliver.
