I have worked with quinnox for 1+ yr n in my opinion its a ok company for freshers to join or people working in a very small organizations ( only for 1-2 yrs for exp. And salary .... But if u have option , better not to think bout joining ) .... For people who have good exp. And have worked on good projects its a completely no no... ( the projects here will ruin your technical skills )... U will be ruining ur career..people (mgt) in quinnox will say we are growing we are doing good .....firstly i don belived them ....secondly wot r u (developer) getting out of it ?...nothing ( i rate them worst in people management ) .....bad salary and poor management make it worst place to work specially pune office....u will be placed with (mostly hsbc) client’s worst projects.
I have seen people being happy just because they work for hsbc and barclay’s but at the end one is contractual employee and it does no good because u r placed on certain projects coz client was not able to find suitable person for that so they are supplied with anyone w/o considering his level of knowledge or exp. So join quinnox if you don have any option left .. . If u have any other offer, even with small company opt for that rather then quinnox... It’s not people friendly company u r hired and then thrown to client’s place and ur mgr is ur god and he treats u like, u r d shitiest person on this earth *exception if ur gud looking girl. Worst part is there is no1 to listen to you not even hr ....training is bad, appraisals r worst, only best part is induction its a 2 days outdoor management training and its real fun..... But in this organization u r a resourse when u join and u remain a resource u r never a human nor a indivisual who wants to learn and grow ....
Joining quinnox "career suicide" ... And if some1 asks u 2 join quinnox either he’s kidding or he hasn’t worked for any good company i have total exp. Of 5 yrs n this 1+ year i take it as nitmare my biggest professional mistake. In my view this company needs a major overhauling in management.
