QVC has a new way to return products to them: On the new return mailing label, there is a note that postage (in my case $5.91) will be deducted from the amount to be credited once the return is processed.
Also, there is no actual mailing address on the label and had to search through paperwork to find an address since I was returning my package via UPS. I live in PA and just heard from a live breathing person in QVCs shipping department that QVC has made a "deal" with the US Postal Service that the USPS will receive $1 on each item returned via their service. The remaining $$$ goes into QVCs bank account.
WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! You pay S/H on the original order; if/when you return the product QVC makes more $$$$$$. I sent my package UPS -- QVC doesn’t profit from that source. It costs a little more, but I’d rather give money legitimately to UPS than QVC.
