R A TVS is the only Tvs dealer in Tirupur before 2006, after that Tvs dealer incresed 2 or 3.They give much better customer service than R A Tvs.So they got lot of customers and the sales.R A Tvs wont give the good service after sales.So most of the customers doing service outside.Their commitment also some time fails.While taking new vehicle they said that we will call you in 3days time for the New vehicle registration but no call came and then I called after 10 days they said tommorow or day after tomorrow like.i made complient then they done my registration.
They will do only water service in All the free services.
Sometime They wont accept card payments and saying that swipe machine not working.
They should concentrate in service sector to overcome.
