Buying a car is one of the most important landmark event in one’s life (especially in an Indian context). So what happens when the dealer makes it more pleasant and pleasurable?
I have always bought and serviced all my cars at RKS Motors. They make life so much more pleasurable. Believe me, each time I buy a car, I do explore other dealers (dont want to mention) too. But I keep coming back to Saboo.
RKS Motors knows to treat a customer well and its all a matter of leadership with the right value system in terms of customer focus, responsiveness and quality of service.
People are very courteous and know what the customer wants and actually gives them without ’troubling’. Other dealers really are sick. I wanted to buy a Baleno and they dont even want to give a test drive and follow up only after 10 days of your first visit asking if you are still interested.
The showroom has an enigmatic enthusiasm in terms of the people unlike other dealers who treat customers like they are visiting a ration shop.
I would recommend RKS for all kinds of buyers - first timers, maruti loyalists etc.
