I would like to inform you regarding my second key of vitara Breeza of vehicle Reg.No.TS09 EM9785 was purchased from saboo Maruti Motors, kompally branch, Secunderabad with the agreement of issue of second key availability in other show room. The vehicle was purchased in the year 2021 (December) & it was a Demo vehicle of your company & it was transferred in my name i.e. Gaddam Ravinder Reddy on the above said period. As they received the total payment done by me they delivered the vehicle with the single key and made a promissory commitment to provide the second smart key as soon as possible, as the days passed there’s no response from the Saboo Maruti Motors, kompally branch i have been waited & called them regarding my additional key as there’s no proper response for my question, i told them this is not the correct as you have promised me to allotment of additional at any circumstances but till today the key was not provided to me & they were escaping by forwarding to contact their R.M & to my knowledge as they are not ready to solve my said issue & i also explained them that i am facing big problem on behalf of single key on my written letter to the company failure of fullfill such promises will loss faith & a bad reputation occur to your RK Saboo Motors company & if the company is not going to take any interest iam going to appeal in the consumer court with all the evidence of record voice presence with me was stated. There’s no reply from them i understand they make sweet commitments before purchasing after delivery they show uncountable bitter experience so i request all not to believe there promissory commitments.
