This company is existing of fake people. They hire high salaried person of specific for 2, 3 month understand it and then after completing the they kicked out.please don’t join the organization instead you get the offer letter. Managerial behavior are dominating if their understanding is less than you.
They will even not listening if you have better design and implementation. old people will dominates are new joiners either they did not have knowledge. The company environments are look like trainees environment. They have some internal projects only. Please do not believe any of the employee words in the organisation. Other wise you face so much difficulty in your life and please don’t play with fire to join the organisation.
