These guys treats freshers badly that one instance I myself seen. These guys treats non old timers of their company equally bad.

Why they do it very simple. Everyone loves jobs security, and everyone wants to maintain their own job by hook or crook.
This company had its own sly ways of doing business. They don’t hire till they get a client. They only hire on client basis and fire also once that specific client project is delivered.
So this is how these bunch or robbers operate without a gun or a threat. Life comes easy.
