Be aware about RAAJKART.COM

It’s about https://RAAJKART.COM, Indian online bookstore. Irresponsible, unacceptable customer service.


I placed an order on April 3rd requesting them to deliver the product by April 12th as I stay out of country and my friend was travelling to my place. Initially the order was confirmed but when I texted to their WhatsApp no reply for 3 days!!!


I called them on the 3rd day then the lady answered in a very rude manner without even knowing my concern, saying that it will be posted on the day 4 or 6 of the order placement, she din’t even explain what was the reason.


I asked her it was mentioned in their website that the product will be delivered with in 3-7 business days and if it can’t be delivered then cancel the order as I needed them in a week, then the lady started arguing that "2% deduction" will be there if they refund !!!! I was astounded and asked why, as it was their problem that unable to deliver it in the specified time, she said she will contact her seniors and asked me to call back by evening 6 pm (our time 4:30 pm).


Later the same day, I tried calling to their WhatsApp number mentioned in their website ( +919818738877) to give an option to ship it at least partially but none answered for 17 times, I texted her to answer my call around 6 pm, but I got an reply saying that now they won’t be able to reply as their chatting times are between 10 am - 5 pm( but the lady mentioned to call her around 6 pm), and on 18th call( around 6.05 pm Indian time) the lady answered and I asked her why were you not answering my calls, no reply from her, then I repeated the same question and then she asked me "what is your order no", again I was surprised, because since morning she was deliberately avoided all my 17 calls and now asking for my order number. I gave my order number and mentioned that I would like to speak to her superior, the reply was "no one is available now" !!! Then her option was to cancel my order, and will give full refund. The only good part is that they refund it immediately.


But it was a horrible experience as it’s about my kid’s books, I badly needed them as it was not available in our place. And the final outcome was this.

Hope all others who are trying to buy online from them will be aware of this.
