NERVER EVER OPT FOR THIS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Very Very worst service. I called them for new connection on 28, Oct 2015. The very next day constomer care executive came to my residence and collected the money for the connection and also the payment for first month. He said connection will given wihtin 7 working days at max. But till now(08/01/2016) there is no response from them. When ever I call the customer care they used to say the immediate firday as the deadline. This is what happening in RaajNett. Fianlly I asked for refund, they said it will take two months to procss the request for refund. Seriously irritating.


Also Customer care is very irresponsible. They will never answer your question. If you keep on asking questions or shouting at them, they will block you.
