I have paid full amount Rs 6203 on 07/10/2016 for six months connection. Till now they have NOT given connection. The sales person who collected money is NOT bothered to take my calls. When he came for money collection, he gave me all numbers including his TL and technician numbers. Having seen that, I felt that he might be genuine. But none of the guys take my calls. So it is very clear that he cheated me. Called their support helpdesk which is another headache. if you get the person on the support call, you might be a lucky person on the earth. all executives will be telling same answer that within two days connection will be given. it is almost more than 21 days over. Guysss.please dont ever opt for broadband connection from Rajjnett, in any parts of india.
