I have been using Raajnett - 20 MBPS for 5 months now. I always had one or the other problem with my connection. Every time I faced an issue, it would be big process to get it resolved.
Why I say this,
You have to call an non-answering customer support every then and now.
You have to keep chasing the tech guys.
You have to keep calling your area representative.
After all these effort, even if someone answers your call(by mistake) then their answer would be "We will look into it" or "Our technician will contact you".
All of sudden, for past 3 weeks, my internet speed went down drastically(I havent consumed my quota - I swear). when I contacted the CC for first time, they simply opened a ticket(TKT160517099) and they closed it even before anyone could look into the ticket.
I reopened it. they closed it. I reopened it. they closed it. again now I reopened it(see attachment). When you dont have internet - you strive to get a connection. When you get a connection - you struggle it get it work. We are living amidst few worthless dummies who doesnt understand the basic work ethics. I am still waiting on my 22nd day to get this resolved.
PS: ACT fibernet is expanding to our area.
