I’m new to Raajnett and yet to complete my 1st month subscription, within this internet was not working for around 18 days. i’m really very disappointed with raajnett services. Worst customer satisfaction. Every time when internet is not working we’ve call logged to raajnett customer support. They informed that they will resolve it within 24 hrs even after 22 hrs we called them again and asked for status they tell that we have two more hrs for our SLA and after two more hrs it works like a charm for the next two days again the same problem continues. For the past 10 days, we’ve called them for internet is not working, but this time the issue is not resolved yet. Tomorrow is the expiry date for our 1st month subscription. This will be our last day to be with Raajnett.
Someone wrote on diwali they called Raajnett. its fake on that day and next day Raajnett support number is switched off. I’ve sent a mail to them regarding my worst experience not even getting a reply for that, its about 3 days ago. Don’t waste you money in raajnett. Don’t even think about it waste of time too.
