I took 6 months internet pack from raajneet unknowingly and this is the only service provider in this area 6 months back. I got the connection with in 2days of my request first few days were good. Net was working fine but after a week or so I didn’t get internet at all. I tried reaching customer service they didn’t pick my call I tried the other day they told me that it rained in some place so they are facing some difficulty I thought it’s OK even after a week I haven’t get internet. I got frustrated and called then again same problem they didn’t pick my calls bad service and support. Later some how I got net then the real problems came net was dead slow I can’t able to open any page, server was dam slow we cannot even think of reliability of internet connection. Some times mobile 2g felt better than raajneet. After struggling for 3 months I started using 3g in my mobile. Waste of using raajneet complete waste of money.
