I paid 1070/- rupees for new connection and also I have mentioned them like I need it within a week. They sent one person to my area(Mugalivakkam) his name is Sankar to collect amount from me. He told that we will activate your connection within 3 days. 4th day I called him regarding this. He was telling me like by EOD we will provide everything like that. then I called EOD, he was telling some other reasons. I got more frustrations from this Raajnett. REAL FRAUDS.Please don’t go for Raajnett.If anyone wants internet connections please go with some other service providers.
Still I am calling to that guy, he told me to collect the amount back. for this he asked me to send an email to "Support@raajnett.com". But no use.not received any update on my money.Worst people.Planning to give police complaint on it.
