Bought i20 from this dealer. I can easily say that it was a BIG mistake. There is nothing in the name of SERVICE from this dealer. Before buying the car the sales people are after you for each and every second of your day. But once you drive the car off the lot, You’re basically dead to them. I had to run pillar to post, call a billion times to my sales manager and his superiors, to make sure my car got registered with the RTO, otherwise they were just gonna sit on my money. They deliberately delay in registering your vehicle, and in the meanwhile use the money that you’ve paid to them(on road) elsewhere which is pathetic. The people don’t pick your phone and in turn ask for references. Till now, almost 3 months after my purchase, they are yet to provide me my number plates. They haven’t even kept up to the commitment that they promised during the final talks of the deal. BEWARE of sales person. Jaffar, and his entire team at Raam Hyundai.
Needless to say, my only advice to any prospective car buyer is, Don’t step on this lot even by mistake. Go for Bellad Hyundai, they provide good service as I’ve heard from others too. DON"T FALL IN THE TRAP.
