If u see this movie, u'll feel sad for shahrukh

I always wanted to see this movie, but after I saw it yesterday on Set Max, I think it wasn’t worth the wait.

Overall, the entire movie had a sad theme, which they wanted to maintain throughout. The wanted to depict "Aam aadmi" in Shahrukh, but trust me, that’s not the kind of aadmi anyone would want to be in his life. Even the Aam Aadmi is not that Aam & boring.

Shahrukh is having a really boring life, even after marriage. He wants Anushka to love him the way he is. But he is not ready to add even a few colors in his life to make her cheerful. He gives just 10% smile on all occasions. Even an aam aadmi can laugh whole heartedly sometimes... isn’t it.

How can Anushka be happy if he always behaves like a machine. Even though he seems to be caring, even that factor is not obvious in his behavior. He looks very very sad, and expects her to love him for That.

The turning point is when he changes himself to Raj. But there is an element of little disbelief there. When he turns to Raj, he is suddenly so confident and carefree. But in Suri’s form, he is fully sad again. I could not digest those sudden transformations. Did he deliberately "want" to remain sad ?

Here are few point I would love to be included in the movie -

  1. Let shahrukh be aam aadmi, but please let him laugh and have little fun a few times. He is shown as if life is a punishment for him. When he comes from office, he finds her looking at him, may be waiting for him, and all he has to say is"close the door, because barish mein farsh kharaab ho jaega". And then he retires to his room... No wonder Anushka is also sad throughout.

  2. In the last day of dance competition, when shahrukh dances, I wanted to see a smile of confidence and satisfaction in his face. But ... they again put that pathetic, saddistic, expressionless, as_if_everything_is_over, face on him.

  3. At least, in the last when they go to japan, I was waiting for a little makeover ... come on.. he did it in half of the movie. in the end he could get rid if his moustache, throw away his sticky hair oil, get a better hair cut ( barber friend ka itna to fayda uthana chahiye :) ), and look like a handsome guy. A little mixture of Raj and Suri...

No wonder this movie didn’t do well.
