Today (23.02.23) I call Racold authorised service person name is Mr Vinay Vinu. He came for repair work, he checked told Racold Eterino will not work because tank issue. After that when he going stolen the "Geyser Thermo Starter" . Such a worst service in Racold, now a days service person is also started taking/stealing geyser important spare parts. Please be careful about Racold service guys and service is also very poor. Nobody is taking care from Racold customer service. Hence, I totally disappointed with RACOLD GEYSER.
07.02.23 insident: 15 Lts Record geyser hardly 8 month old month Racold Geyser within the warrenty period, service person is charged Rs 2380/-. Geyser cost itself around 9k but Service 2.5k it’s very expensive, that’s is also within the warrenty period. I am totally disappointed with RACOLD GEYSER
