I am Hereby Reviewing the Much Publicized Product(See You Tube) Racold Andris 15 Litres after using it for 1 Week .
I Was using Bajaj Geyser 10 Years Old(Older ones with Copper Tank) as It was having Heating Issues Hence Thought of Replacing with New One .
Looking at the You Tube Reviews and Ads of this Racold Andris Geyser Decided to Purchase this Product
Bought Racold Andris from the Appliances Market Stores by paying more(Price is Less in Amazon, Flipkart But they sell defective and Old Model Product)
Installed it from a Local Electrician as the Racold Technicians Reviews are Worst in Installing in the Committed Time Frame.
Pros:
i)Build Quality and 5 Star Energy Rating
ii)Temparature Setting Knob to Set Temparture
Cons:
i)Not Getting Very Hot Water Compared to Old Geyser even though Temperature Setting is done to Maximum.
ii)Water Outlet Flow has been Reduced Drastically I think its Mostly due to safety valve Installed in Outlet Valve.
iii)Racold Customer Care is totally Useless. Have Called Many Times for Registering Product but always put on Hold for more than 15 Mins.
iv)Exactly 15 Litres Bucket Capacity of Hot Water we get after Which Water Becomes Cold.Takes 15 to 20 Mins to Heat the Water at Max Temp with Cut Off.
Better to Look out for Other Brands This Product is Over Hyped and Marketing Gimmicks Only.
