Please don’t buy anything racold! Heater not working after 3 months. Was assured company would install, racold service centre in chennai called and told me that they don’t install in apartments.
Bought in sep 2017, stopped working in jan 2018. Called customer care and was assured of service in 48 hours. Been 7 days, No call, no updates. Been contacting service centre regularly, over 5 phone calls.no service scheduled.
Very lethargic, very unresponsive!
