This is with respect to my complaint no EE1161270 which was registered on 11th June for 2 racold geyser(Racold Pronto) leakage.
While the technician visited home in couple of days to check the issue, he confirmed the internal container need to be replaced for both the geysers. One geyser purchased on 7th July 2014 & the other one on 31st Oct 2015 and both are under warranty period.
For last 15 days, no one turned up even after several calls to your customer service no 9243222288. The quality of response is poor to say the least and apart from saying sorry, there has been no action to resolve the issue.
