My heater was dripping water within 2 months of purchase. When called for service the guy was unable to mend it. Later when registered another complaint, the service guys took the geyser promising that they would get it corrected and install next day itself. Its been 4 days and I have been following up on daily basis. The geyser has still not been returned and they wont even do the courtesy of calling and informing.
The company establishes and markets itself without caring for its existing customer and so such reviews follow and spoil the image and waste the marketing spend. Better would be to spend half of the marketing budget over call centres and service guys training.
