Hello, I bought an Eterno 2 horizontal model from PayTM in Jan 2016. It is not switching ON now. I contacted PayTM and they said, it is under warranty and I should contact racold service center directly. So here I am contacting you for help. Please help at your earliest. Thanks. Service center is not picking up the phone. And their online complaint filing system does not work. Please post a number that you guys pick. I cant find a way to communicate to service center in Pune.
