It’s been since one year we have raised multiple complaints regarding Racold solar system service. In my apartment we have installed Racold solar system. We have some issues with solar tubes, we have been calling customer care and raised complaints, but no response, sent mails also, sent WhatsApp messages also. Till now there is no action taken. Not even single call we got from Racold after raising. Complaints. This is the worst and pathetic customer service I have ever seen.
