I had the exact same experience that Akhilesh had. His review is in the link above. But I paid Adithya Associates (conmen Prasad and Shankar) Rs.53k for 300ltr solar water heater. They never installed it. They gave me a refund cheque and it bounced. Since then I’ve been running behind them to get my money back but in vain. I’m planning on sending them lawyers notice and if they still don’t pay me then I’m planning to take action against them.
Please beware of Prasad, Shankar and Adithya associates. I’m not sure why Racold company is entertaining such middlemen. Shame on Racold company.
