Racold Thermo is not a good water heater. I purchased this water heater 6 months ago. I am totally disappointed with this product. Till 4 months, it worked perfectly fine. All problem started to emerge after 4th month. I was not getting proper hot water from Racold Thermo and also it was taking much time in raising temperature of water.
So, I complaint about this to customer care. They also didnt responded me well. Later they provide me technician for repairing which cost me around Rs. 600. I was toatally unsatisfied with customer service support of Racold Thero water heater.
This product became headache for me in just 4 months. Racold Thermo water heater was not at all value for money to me. Now, I am looking forward to replace it with new one( of different brand) .
I would like to rate Racold Thermo water heater with only 1 star because of its poor durability, poor working and functionality and bad customer service and support.
