We purchased a racold geyser from snapdeal.com. It was a 25 litres altro 2 vertical model.
The problems we found were:
The water doesn’t get hot after installing it
The product seems to be only good looking and worst in performance
The body of the geyser is plastic and seems to be prone to crack due to heat
The geyser doesn’t have any ISI mark.
We dont get service because we purchased the product on snapdeal
Will not recommend to buy from snapdeal or racold altro 2
