I have purchased Racold Alpha pro solar 200lpd two days back. Technician installed on the same day. Till today I did not get single drop of hot water even though environment is sunny out side. Moreover entire water is leaking out from vent. Just feeling very bad about the product. Paying 25000 bucks and suffering. Logged complaint SSOL11003 and waiting for technician visit. Interestingly customer care guys are talking about charges rather understand ing customer pain that it’s purchased just two days back and even not got drop of hot water.
Let’s hope they will attend quickly and resolve the issue.
I will update the status. For now more disappointed with product.
